Jurnal Performa: Jurnal Manajemen dan Start-up Bisnis (e-ISSN: 2527-4635) has been professionally and independently managed by the School of Business and Management, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2016. This journal publishes three issues a year, in April, August, and December. The aim of this journal is to foster a better understanding of research-based business management science among academics and researchers. Thus, these studies aim to make a positive contribution to and influence the field of business management science and entrepreneurship.
