PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KELUARGA DALAM OPERASIONAL DAN KEPERCAYAAN KARYAWAN NON-KELUARGA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS ORGANISASI PADA PERUSAHAAN KELUARGA MAHARANI EXPRESS

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan anggota keluarga dalam operasional dan kepercayaan karyawan non-keluarga terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada perusahaan keluarga Maharani Express. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik sensus yang dimana seluruh populasi yaitu karyawan Maharani Express dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan anggota keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi, sedangkan kepercayaan karyawan non-keluarga berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme anggota keluarga yang terlibat dan membangun kepercayaan dalam perusahaan itu penting agar dapat menciptakan organisasi yang efektif.
