Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis TOPSIS: Pendekatan Penilaian Objektif Atribut Kualitatif Komponen Otomotif

Abstract

Banyaknya pilihan merek, model, dan variasi kondisi fisik pada pasar mobil bekas segmen Low Multi-Purpose Vehicle (LMPV) menimbulkan kompleksitas dan subjektivitas bagi calon pembeli dalam menentukan kendaraan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan sistematis yang objektif guna mengevaluasi dan merekomendasikan alternatif mobil bekas berdasarkan kriteria ekonomis dan teknis. Pendekatan Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) dengan metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) digunakan untuk mengukur kedekatan relatif setiap alternatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak dari solusi ideal negatif. Evaluasi melibatkan lima kriteria utama: harga, masa pakai, kondisi mesin, keamanan dan kenyamanan, serta reputasi merek, menggunakan data sampel dari platform OLXmobbi. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode TOPSIS berhasil mengurutkan alternatif secara presisi, di mana Wuling Confero memperoleh nilai kedekatan (closeness) tertinggi sebesar 0,6523, disusul oleh Toyota Avanza (0,5757) dan Daihatsu Xenia (0,5509). Penelitian ini membuktikan efektivitas metode TOPSIS dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan pembelian mobil bekas secara terukur, meskipun disarankan integrasi metode pembobotan tambahan pada studi lanjutan untuk mengeliminasi bias akibat korelasi antarkriteria.
