Journal of Tourism, Culinary, and Entrepreneurship (JTCE) (e-ISSN: 2776-0928) is an open-access, peer-reviewed publication managed by the School of Tourism at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, Indonesia. It serves as an international platform for scholars, researchers, and industry professionals to exchange and advance knowledge in tourism, hospitality, culinary arts, food science, and entrepreneurship. The journal is published biannually in April and October

JTCE welcomes manuscript submissions covering a broad range of topics within the tourism industry, tourism management, hospitality operations, food technology, and entrepreneurial development. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Upon acceptance, articles are published under copyright policies aligned with national research regulations set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

Effective April 1, 2024, JTCE is officially accredited as a SINTA 3 journal by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Decree No. 72/E/KPT/2024). This accreditation is valid from Volume 1, Issue 2 (2021) through Volume 6, Issue 1 (2026).
