Journal of Tourism, Culinary, and Entrepreneurship (JTCE) aims to provide large dimension to share and enhance the knowledge in tourism, hospitality, food science business and entrepreneurship through scholarly works published. Publication Frequency
Journal of Tourism, Culinary, and Entrepreneurship (JTCE) is published biannually, in April and October.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.
The manuscripts will be reviewed by two (2) reviewers. This journal uses double-blind review system, therefore the author’s identity must be completely removed.
Policy of Screening for Plagiarism
All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking with a maximum similarity of 25%. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative.

Publication Charges
This journal does NOT apply any Article Processing Charges (APC) or Article Submission Charges.
