Abstract

This study aims to examine user acceptance of the NutriCam application by testing the variables contained in the UTAUT 2 model. The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 125 respondents participating in the study. Data were collected through a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The results indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habit have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Furthermore, behavioral intention, facilitating conditions, and habit have a significant influence on usage behavior. This study provides recommendations and practical suggestions for the NutriCam application developer to continuously evaluate and enhance the application to improve user acceptance and sustained usage in the future.
