Online Submissions
Author Guidelines | Copyright Notice | Privacy Statement
The detailed specifications for manuscripts are outlined in the RMBE manuscript template. Submissions must be prepared in MS Word format, typed in Times New Roman font, size 12, and double-spaced. The document should follow a single-column format on A4-sized paper, with text appearing on only one side of the page. A uniform margin of 2.5 cm should be maintained on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right). Additionally, all pages must be numbered consecutively at the bottom of the manuscript.
Manuscripts should be structured in the following order: title, abstract, keywords, main body, references, and, if applicable, appendices, acknowledgments, and footnotes. All tables and figures must be presented on separate sheets rather than embedded within the text and should be numbered in order according to their appearance in the manuscript. If reproducing tables or figures from another source, authors are required to obtain permission from the copyright holder and provide appropriate acknowledgment. Appendices, acknowledgments, and footnotes should also be placed on separate pages, following the tables and figures. All manuscripts must be written in English.
COVER LETTER
Authors are required to submit a cover letter on a separate page, which should include, at a minimum, an explanation of why the manuscript is suitable for publication in this journal.
The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts that have been submitted to or accepted by another publication should not be considered for submission. If the manuscript has multiple authors, the order of authorship (e.g., first author, second author, etc.) should follow the guidelines established by the Vancouver Group, such as those outlined by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (1997).
TITLE
The title should be clear and concise, accurately reflecting the content of the manuscript. It should not be excessively long and must include relevant keywords, with a maximum length of 15 words. The title should be presented on a separate page along with the author's full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and the designation of the corresponding author (if there are multiple authors). The listed affiliation should correspond to the institution where the research was conducted.
ABSTRACT
The title must be repeated on the same page, immediately preceding the abstract. The abstract should provide a comprehensive summary of the article's content, as defined by the American Psychological Association (2010, p. 25), and must not exceed 200 words. It should include a brief statement of the study’s objective, a concise description of the methodology, and a summary of the key findings or results.
KEYWORDS
Following the abstract, three to ten keywords should be provided. These keywords must be relevant to the article and commonly used within the subject discipline to facilitate discoverability through web searches. Both the abstract and keywords should be presented on a separate page.
REFERENCES AND STYLE
References and formatting should adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA), Seventh Edition (e.g., APA Style Guide). References must be listed alphabetically by the author's last name and should be placed on a separate page following the main body of the manuscript.
In the text use the following style examples:
“It was examined by Fayolle (2013)” for a single author.
“It was examined in brief (Fayolle, 2013)” for a single author.
“It was examined in brief (Fayolle & Liñán, 2014)” for two authors.
“It was examined in brief (Fayolle et al., 2016)” for three or more authors.
“It was examined in brief (Fayolle, 2018a, 2018b)” for a single author with two or more publications in the same year.
“It was examined in brief (A. Fayolle, 2014; G. Fayolle, 2018)” for two or more authors with same surname.

Manuscript Classification
RMBE accepts only research papers. This category includes manuscripts that present original research conducted by the author(s). The research may employ quantitative methods (such as experimental, causal-comparative, and correlational studies), qualitative methods (including narrative, case study, ethnography, phenomenology, and grounded theory), mixed-method approaches, action research, evaluation research, or developmental research.
The manuscript structure may include the following sections: introduction, method, results, discussion, and conclusion (optional but may be incorporated into the discussion). For qualitative studies, the results section may be merged with the discussion. In the final published version, the word Introduction will not be explicitly stated by the editor.
Manuscript Template
Please refer to the RMBE manuscript template, which can be downloaded from here. Additionally, the Author Guidelines are also available for download in here.
Authors are required to use reference management software.(e.g., Mendeley Guidelines, Zotero Guidelines, EndNote Guidelines) to compose references and citations.
This journal operates on Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3.3.0.14, an open-source journal management and publishing platform developed, maintained, and freely distributed by the Public Knowledge Project under the GNU General Public License.
Editorial and Publishing Process
The publication process at RMBE is meticulously structured to maintain the quality and credibility of each article. Upon online submission, the manuscript undergoes an initial review by the editor and section editor to determine its suitability for further evaluation. It then proceeds to a rigorous peer review conducted by experts in the field, who assess its quality and provide recommendations. If approved, the manuscript enters the editing phase, which includes copyediting, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency. The editor oversees the publication process by scheduling the release and organizing the table of contents. Once published, articles are made accessible through either open access or delayed access, depending on the selected policy, and are archived for future reference. This structured process upholds the high standards of academic publishing at RMBE.
