Abstract

Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat mengalami beberapa kendala operasional dikarenakan kurangnya anggaran, fasilitas dan sumber daya manusia. Masalah-masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan pembangunan sistem informasi dengan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) yang tepat. Karena SI/TI dapat mengurangi biaya operasional dan memaksimalkan sumber daya manusia yang ada. Untuk itu diperlukan perancangan strategis SI/TI yang komprehensif dengan metode Ward and Peppard. Dengan menganalisa sistem bisnis internal dan eksternal serta SI/TI internal dan eksternal, penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi strategis bisnis SI, rekomendasi strategis manajemen SI/TI, rekomendasi strategis TI, dan aplikasi portofolio yang dapat membantu karyawan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien.
