Analisis Spasial Gambaran Pelaksanaan Program MBG pada Anak Sekolah di Kecamatan Sukadana

Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Di Kabupaten Kayong Utara, prevalensi stunting mencapai 11,7%, wasting 10,2%, dan underweight 10,2%, yang mencerminkan risiko gizi yang signifikan. Masalah gizi di Kecamatan Sukadana menjadi tantangan serius yang memerlukan intervensi komprehensif karena berdampak signifikan pada tumbuh kembang dan kualitas hidup anak usia sekolah. Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) hadir sebagai strategi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Namun, distribusi spasial, demografi, literasi gizi, serta status gizi dan pola makan responden Program MBG belum terpetakan, khususnya di Kecamatan Sukadana. Tujuan: Menganalisis distribusi spasial implementasi Program MBG dan menggambarkan karakteristik, literasi gizi, serta status gizi anak sekolah penerima program di Kecamatan Sukadana, Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis spasial menggunakan Geographic Information System (GIS) pada 354 siswa sekolah dasar yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan spasial menggunakan QGIS. Hasil: Di Kecamatan Sukadana, sebaran spasial penerima Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) menunjukkan distribusi yang relatif merata dengan 27,3% sekolah penerima Program MBG berada dalam radius optimal pelayanan katering (≤6 km). Tingkat literasi gizi menunjukkan 92,7% responden memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap konsep makanan bergizi. Pemeriksaan status gizi menunjukkan mayoritas berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan prevalensi masalah gizi (misalnya kekurangan atau kelebihan berat badan) yang sangat rendah, hanya 0,3%. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program MBG di Kecamatan Sukadana berhasil menjangkau sekolah secara optimal dan meningkatkan literasi gizi siswa. Diperlukan strategi penguatan berkelanjutan yang berbasis kondisi geografis lokal dan penguatan edukasi gizi.
