Abstrak

Infark miokard ventrikel kanan (RVMI) merupakan komplikasi serius dari infark miokard, khususnya infark inferior. Kondisi ini ditandai dengan terhambatnya aliran darah ke ventrikel kanan yang berakibat pada disfungsi ventrikel dan gangguan hemodinamik. Diagnosis RVMI membutuhkan pemeriksaan klinis, EKG, dan ekokardiografi. Penatalaksanaan utama RVMI adalah revaskularisasi sedini mungkin untuk mengembalikan aliran darah dan memperbaiki fungsi ventrikel. Prognosis RVMI bergantung pada lokasi dan luas infark, dengan penyumbatan pada arteri marginal kanan proksimal memiliki prognosis yang lebih buruk.
