General Requirements
1. Manuscripts may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
2. All pages must be numbered sequentially.
3. The manuscript must use Arial Narrow, 11-point font.
4. Line spacing must be 1.5 throughout the main text.

Manuscript Length
1. The length of the manuscript must be 3,500–8,000 words, calculated only for the main body text (from Introduction to Conclusion). This word count excludes: abstracts (both languages), keywords, acknowledgements, references, tables, figures, figure captions and table notes.

Abstract and Keywords
1. The abstract must be placed at the beginning of the manuscript.
2. Abstracts must be written in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
3. Each abstract must contain 200–250 words.
4. For indexing purposes, five (5) significant keywords must follow each abstract.

References and Citation
1. References must follow the APA Referencing Style.
2. The reference list must be:
* Written in single spacing
* Arranged in alphabetical order
* Composed using reference management software (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or equivalent)

Reference Quality Requirements
1. Each manuscript must contain a minimum of 15 references.
2. References must be dominated by recent literature (last 10 years) to ensure scholarly currency.
3. At least 80% of references must be primary sources, including: peer-reviewed journal articles, scholarly books, official research and institutional reports
4. All references must be completed with DOI where available.

Similarity Check and Publication Ethics
1. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a similarity check using plagiarism detection software.
2. The maximum allowable similarity index is 25%.
3. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned to the author(s) for revision prior to the peer-review process.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. Author the undersigned declare that this manuscript is original, has not been published before and is not currently being considered for publication or submitted elsewhere.
2. Author wish to confirm that there are no known conflicts of interest associated with this publication and there has been no significant financial support for this work that could have influenced its outcome.
3. Author confirm that the manuscript has been read and approved by all named authors and that there are no other persons who satisfied the criteria for authorship but are not listed. We further confirm that the order of authors listed in the manuscript has been approved by all of us.
4. Author confirm that we have given due consideration to the protection of intellectual property associated with this work and that there are no impediments to publication, including the timing of publication, with respect to intellectual property. In so doing we confirm that we have followed the regulations of our institutions concerning intellectual property.
5. Author follow all the review stages and revise the article according to the set time limit.
6. Author proofread the article according to the journal managing institution's recommendation.
7. The article-processing charge is Rp500.000,- and the author will receive a notification for payment when they have made revisions from the reviewer and are ready to go to the layout process. Click here for the detail.

Publishing Agreement

By submitting a manuscript to Aksen Journal, the author(s) acknowledge and agree that, upon acceptance, they shall grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the accepted work.

A Copyright Transfer Ageement (CTA) Form will be issued and must be signed electronically as a condition of publication. All opinions, findings, interpretations, and conclusions expressed within the article remain the sole responsibility of the author(s). While Aksen Journal endeavors to uphold high standards of academic integrity and accuracy, the journal and its editorial team disclaim liability for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations that may appear in published content.
