Focus and Scope
Moda : The Fashion Journal (e-ISSN: 2655-8203; p-ISSN: 2656-5005) is a biannual publication (January and July) by the Fashion Design and Business Department, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Serving as a platform for scholars, educators, designers, and industry practitioners, Moda : The Fashion Journal aims to facilitate discussions on fashion research, design innovation, theory development, and business practices from both national and international perspectives. We welcome original contributions that have not been published elsewhere in any media or proceedings with ISBN/ISSN. The author holds full responsibility for the content and implications of their submitted articles.

Moda: The Fashion Journal invites empirical research papers, conceptual papers, case studies, and reviews contribute to the evolving discourse on fashion and its intersections with design, business, sustainability, technology, and society.
Publication Frequency
Moda: The Fashion Journal is published biannually, in January and July.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.
The manuscripts will be reviewed by two (2) reviewers. This journal uses double-blind review system, therefore the author’s identity must be completely removed.
Policy of Screening for Plagiarism
All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking with a maximum similarity of 25%. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative.
Archiving
Moda: The Fashion Journal is archived on Indonesian Scientific Journal Database (ISJD) and Onesearch by Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia.
