Appendices, acknowledgment, and footnotes should also be placed on separate pages, arranged at the pages after tables and figures.

Cover Letter: Author should submit a cover letter which is included in the template for JEE. It at least consists of information why the manuscript belongs in this journal. State that the manuscript has not been published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere (a manuscript already sent to or accepted for any other publication should not be submitted). If the manuscript is written by more than one author, order the authors (1st author, 2nd author, etc.) that should be based on the guidance from the Vancouver Group (e.g., International Committee of Medical Journal Editors, 1997).

The author's affiliation should be the affiliation where the research was conducted.

This section states the aim of study or the research question to address the problem. This section also states how the study relates to previous research, and how the significant position of the study. Especially for the manuscript reporting the hypotheses testing, this section should state each hypothesis that is tested. The hypotheses should be derived from theoretical framework or conceptual framework. Do not include tables or figures in this section.

Method: This section states “how the study was conducted”. For quantitative approaches, this section at least consists of research design, sampling procedure, measures (including, if applicable, independent variables, moderating variable, dependent variable, and control variables), and data analysis. In addition, the treatment procedure should be explained in experimental design. For qualitative approaches, this section at least consists of research approach (i.e., case study, ethnography, and phenomenology), informant and data collecting, and data analysis.

This section discusses the main findings with reference to other studies, the theoretical and/or practical implications of the results, and the limitations of study with reference to the direction for future study. Do not include tables or figures in this section.

Conclusion: This section presents the conclusions drawn from this study and should not include any statistical data. The conclusion should provide the key points of the paper, but it should not simply repeat the abstract.

The research may involve quantitative approaches (i.e., experimental design, longitudinal design, and cross-sectional design), qualitative approaches (i.e., case study, phenomenology, ethnography, and grounded theory), mixed methods strategies, action research, evaluation research, and developmental research. The structure of manuscript may cover: introduction, method, results, discussion, and conclusion. For qualitative approaches, results may also be combined with discussion.
