Jurnal Leverage, Engagement, Empowerment of Community (LeECOM) (p-ISSN 2686-2786 and e-ISSN 2685-8630) is a bi-annual publication (May and November) managed by the Institute of Research & Community Development at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. The journal publishes original manuscripts focusing on entrepreneurship and community service initiatives.
The journal has been accredited SINTA 5 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through the National Journal Accreditation system (ARJUNA) (Decree No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025), effective from Vol. 5 No. 2 (2023) - Vol. 10 No. 1 (2028).
To maintain high editorial standards and enhance publication quality, the journal has adjusted its publication volume starting from Volume 6 Number 2 (2024) onwards. Each issue will now publish 5 to 10 articles (capping down from the previous 15–20 articles per issue).
