AUTHOR GUIDELINES
The article published in this journal is the result of research on design management, interior, architecture, and creative industries, both empirical research and literature studies. The article must be never had published in any other media and/or proceedings with ISBN/ISSN. All the consequences caused by the article are the author's full responsibility.

A. WRITING FORMAT
1. ARTICLE TITLE
The title of the article is written using capital letters briefly, clearly, informatively and consists of 8-12 words.
The font size used is 14, Arial Narrow font type for title case and directed in the section
center (center align text).

2. AUTHOR'S NAME, AFFILIATE AND E-MAIL
Articles submitted on OJS do not include author identity for the double-blind review process.
Please include the author's name, affiliation, and email
in notes/comments for editor in online journal system and complete the metadata in the online journal system

For the layout process, the author's name size 12, Arial Narrow, is positioned in the middle (center align text). For affiliates and emails size 11, Arial Narrow, positioned in the center align text, is typed under the names of the authors. Each writer must include their affiliation. Information such as faculty, universities, cities, provinces, and states may also be listed. For articles written by the team, a sign (a/b/c) is written next to the names to distinguish each other's affiliations. The affiliation of the authors must be listed according to the arrangement of the name of the writers. The editor deals only corresponding with whose names are listed as on author who lists email for correspondence.


3. ABSTRACTS AND KEYWORDS
Abstracts are written in 200-250 words. The first abstract should be written in English and the second written in Indonesian. The abstract should contain a brief and clear background, the problem or topic being studied, the objectives, methods, and conclusions of the research. Size 11, Arial Narrow, typed left-right (justified), single space. Keywords are written between 3-5 words.

4. SCRIPT LAYOUT
Article lengths between 3500-8000 words (excluding Abstracts and References/Bibliography) are created in 2 columns. must be typed according to the following layout guidelines:
1. Paper size (size A4): 21 x 19.7 cm
2. orientation: Portrait
3. margin: Mirrored
4. Top margin: :4 cm
5. Bottom margin: 3 cm
6. Margin is: 3 cm
7. Outer margin : 3 cm
8. Header and Footer : 3 cm
9. Indents for paragraphs are 0" (without indent)
10. Spaces in paragraphs: 1.5 spaces
11. Spaces between paragraphs: single spaces
12. Space between section and sub-section: double space

5. SIMILARITY INDEX AND FORMAT SUBMISSION

Similarity index of each article up to 25%, for similarity indexes that more than 25%, the articles will be returned. Submission of articles in the online journal system uses word format (.doc or .docx), and for images attached to the paper with high-resolution images

B. FORMAT THE CONTENT OF THE ARTICLE
1. SECTION TITLE
The title of the article section is typed in capital letters, bold, size 12, Arial Narrow, and left-aligned. Headings for subsections must be in bold, size 11, Arial Narrow, and left-aligned.

2. CONTENTS OF THE PARAGRAPHS
Contents of the paragraphs should be typed in size 11, Arial Narrow, left-right average and space 1.5.
The contents of the paragraph should consist of:
1. Background
2. Method
3. Discussion/Discussion
4. Conclusions.
5. References

3. SOURCE
Sources should include a list of references in the form of the authors' last names, followed by years of publication in parentheses, such as (Ching, 2010). It is not allowed to use endnotes and footnotes. All relevant information other than those in the reference list must be incorporated into the main text.

4. PICTURES AND TABLES
Don't abbreviate 'Table' and 'Picture'. Use Roman numerals to number tables and figures. Use the term Table for the entire table shape. Use the term Figure for all forms of illustration (such as maps, diagrams, charts, photographs, and more). Format guidelines below for images
and Table:
1. Caption for Figure and Table: size 11, Arial Narrow, capital letters at the beginning of the sentence, and made center. Writings such as 'Table 1.' and 'Figure 1.' should be thickened. The title should be placed below the image but above the table. Give single spaces for the top and bottom of each image Give a single space for the top and bottom of each table.
2. Table title: size 11, Arial Narrow, capital, justify aligned.
3. Table contents: size 11, Arial Narrow.
4. Source: size 11, Arial Narrow. For images, the source follows the image caption. For tables, the source should be placed below the table, and in the middle position. The source must include the reference by including the author/author's final name, followed by the year of publication.
5. Graphic resolution should be 600 dpi for monochrome, 300 dpi for greyscale images and colors.

5. REFERENCE
References should cite a minimum of 15 references published in the last 10 years, comprise 80% of the main relevant and up-to-date sources (journal articles or proceedings). References are written using APA writing format with software reference manager (Mendeley, Zotero, etc.). Writing with APA format can be viewed on https://apastyle.apa.org/. Some adjustments are needed for the journal, To bibliography: size 11, Arial Narrow, justify aligned. The indents for this text are 1 cm. Some of the following examples can be used as a guide in writing.

Book:
The author's last name, Initials. (year). Book title. The name of the publisher. Publisher location
Books with authors:
The main author's last name, Initials. - the name of the second author, Initials. (year). Book title. The name of the publisher. Publisher location.
Edited books:
The author's last name, Initials. (year). Title of article. Initials of editor's name [eds]. The title of the edited book. The name of the publisher. Publisher location.
Journal:
The author's last name, Initials. (year). Article Title, Journal Name, Vol (Number), page, Journal Publisher Name, Journal Publisher Location.
Articles for Conferences and Symposium Proceedings (printed):
The author's last name, Initials. (year). Title of article. Proceeding of the Conference Name, (page). Conference date. Conference location.
Articles for Conferences and Symposium Proceedings (online, electronic database):
The author's last name, Initials. (Year, Moon). Title of article. Paper presented at the Conference Name, (page). Link DOI
Report:
The author's last name, Initials. (year), Report Title (annual report/version), Publisher name, Publisher location.
Thesis/Dissertation:
The author's last name, Initials. (year), Dissertation Title, Thesis/Dissertation Not Published. Location of the publisher/university.
Downloads:
Author's last name, Initials. (year), Article Title, <web address > (access date).

6. HEADERS AND FOOTERS
Use the formatting guidelines below for header and footer writing.
Header text: use the headers on this document as a guide.
Footer is not required.

C. ARTICLE SUBMISSION PROVISIONS
Article submission through Aksen online journal system through these link https://journal.uc.ac.id/index.php/AKSEN/about/submissions. Certainty of loading or rejection will be notified by email.

D. REVIEW METHOD
Articles that are declared to have passed the initial selection will be checked anonymously by two reviewer partners (double-blind reviewing policy) appointed by the editor by their field of expertise. The review process will take 4 to 6 weeks. Then the author revise the article based on the reviewer's comments.
